One of the main questions I am asked after someone books is, ‘Well, what should we wear?’ Thankfully, when you book with us, I will send you an entire Welcome Guide that covers everything you need to know prior to our session, so you are well-prepared! However, if you have not booked yet and are reading this blog for fun or because you found yourself on my website wondering what to wear, here is my recommendation.

I believe neutral colors are always beautiful, especially with the beach as your backdrop! When you’re in nature, you want people to appreciate both you and the stunning scenery around you. Therefore, whites, light blues, beige, soft pinks, and soft greens are all beautiful color schemes to consider.

If you find yourself wanting to wear a pattern or something with texture, go for it! (But please, no ruffles – they don’t cooperate in the beach breeze.) I would recommend picking one or two people in your group to have a pattern, while the rest of the group opts for more neutral colors to balance everything out.
